The minimalistic look for the modern mind

L-shaped house floor plans are a great way to maximize outdoor views while providing private alfresco living space. This two-storey villa is developed around a swimming pool and an articulated garden (tennis court, basketball court, a barbecue area and a greenhouse) with a floor-to-ceiling glass panels that invites the exterior space into the interior space, providing a constant flow and connection to the inner space.

The ground floor features the public living spaces including the kitchen, the dining area, the living room with a walk-out to the outdoor entertaining area. On this lever there is a garage connected internally to the house and a studio with an internal cozy courtyard. Upstairs, private areas include three bedrooms with bathrooms, a gym and a play and study area.

The street front is conceived as a white wall partially perforated to set a visual filter that allows the passage of the sun and cross ventilation into an inner courtyard that raises a contemplative relationship with a meditation area from its Zen Garden. This façade has also a square window seat that projects outwards that breaks the closed front to become a focus.
